As Priests
We intercede for the work entrusted to us: our businesses, the industries we operate in, and the economic environment we influence.
Kingdom Governance for Marketplace Leaders
A Kingdom-of-God-aligned network for business founders and leaders who carry responsibility for vision, strategy, people, capital, and organisational outcomes.
We strengthen and align leaders through Kingdom governance, economic principles, intercession, and spiritual fellowship.
The F3 Network equips founders and leaders to steward responsibility with clarity and conviction, ensuring strategy, structure, and execution remain aligned with God's direction in the marketplace.
We intercede for the work entrusted to us: our businesses, the industries we operate in, and the economic environment we influence.
We steward people and capital, set direction, make strategic decisions, build systems, and lead with integrity and excellence.
Core Framework
Identity, assignment, stewardship, governance, strategic leadership, and generational responsibility.
The foundation of conviction, spiritual sight, and revelation-led strategy for courageous execution.
A strengthening environment where leaders gain agreement, wisdom, and support for real-world outcomes.
We develop leaders who build enterprises that create jobs, strengthen industries, uplift communities, and contribute to economic stability - advancing God's will in the marketplace.

Our Prayer Principle:
Before rebuilding the wall of Jerusalem, Nehemiah sought God in prayer. As business founders and leaders, we follow the same principle by gathering every Sunday to seek wisdom, strategy and alignment with God's will as we steward our businesses, strengthen our industries and contribute to our nation.
Founders
I believe every founder is entrusted with an assignment that requires faithful stewardship, operational excellence, and disciplined execution.
I believe every founder is entrusted with an assignment that requires faithful stewardship, operational excellence, and disciplined execution. God prepares leaders through the experiences He allows them to walk through, developing their professional capability and deepening their dependence on Him so that they can build organisations that honour Christ and serve others with integrity.
Over more than 30 years of leadership experience, God has prepared me across automotive, electronics, plastics, and high-volume manufacturing environments. Throughout this journey, I have specialised in stabilising manufacturing operations, strengthening quality systems, improving throughput, leading operational turnarounds, and building world-class manufacturing capability. Working across production, engineering, supply chain, logistics, quality, and customer support has strengthened my understanding of disciplined execution, continuous improvement, and sustainable organisational performance.
"I believe lasting organisational excellence begins by seeking God. Prayer aligns our hearts with His purposes, the Holy Spirit gives direction for the work before us, and disciplined execution becomes our faithful response. Excellence is therefore more than an outcome - it is an expression of stewardship before God."
These experiences shaped the establishment of RENTaHour, where we help organisations improve performance through evidence-based diagnostics, operational improvement, and the alignment of strategy with execution. They also reinforced my conviction that strengthening operations, developing people, and building capable organisations are practical expressions of faithful stewardship.
I am passionate about mentoring business leaders, strengthening operational capability, and helping organisations establish the systems, disciplines, and leadership practices required for optimal performance and sustainable growth.
This same conviction led to my role as a Founder of The F3 Network. I believe founders and business leaders must seek God before they build, allowing prayer to shape their decisions and the Holy Spirit to direct their work. Through the Network, I encourage leaders to translate faith into responsible action, develop people with purpose, and pursue excellence in every assignment entrusted to them.
I believe institutions are built intentionally through ethical leadership, sound governance, and aligned organisational capability.
I believe institutions are built intentionally through ethical leadership, sound governance, and aligned organisational capability. Over more than 20 years of experience in governance, institutional strategy, leadership development, and development advisory, God has prepared me to understand how institutions strengthen leadership, build resilient systems, and create lasting impact. These experiences have shaped my conviction that governance, leadership, and organisational capability are inseparable foundations of institution-building.
"I believe leadership begins by abiding in Christ, the Wisdom of God. As leaders remain in Him, the Holy Spirit continually forms their judgement, character, and stewardship, enabling them to govern with wisdom, lead with integrity, and faithfully fulfil the assignments God has entrusted to them. Ethical and effective governance is therefore not simply a professional discipline - it is the fruit of leaders whose lives remain rooted in Christ."
As Founder and CEO of Goshen Business & Career Advisory Services, I help organisations strengthen governance systems, align leadership, and build the institutional capability required for sustainable performance and long-term resilience. As a Founder of RENTaHour, I also contribute to helping organisations improve performance by aligning strategy with execution through evidence-based diagnostics and practical operational improvement.
I founded The F3 Network from a deep conviction that founders and business leaders must first be formed before they lead. Professional excellence alone is not sufficient. As leaders abide in Christ, the Holy Spirit shapes their judgement, strengthens their stewardship, and anchors their leadership in wisdom. It is from this foundation that leaders are able to govern responsibly, serve faithfully, and build organisations that create lasting value for society.
