Over more than 30 years of leadership experience, Rajah has been prepared across the automotive, electronics, plastics and high-volume manufacturing sectors. Throughout this journey, he has specialised in stabilising manufacturing operations, strengthening quality systems, improving throughput, leading operational turnarounds and building world-class manufacturing capability. His experience spans production, engineering, supply chain, logistics, quality and customer support, providing a comprehensive understanding of disciplined execution, continuous improvement and sustainable organisational performance.

These experiences led to the establishment of RENTaHour, where he helps organisations improve performance through evidence-based diagnostics, operational improvement and the alignment of strategy with execution. They also reinforced his conviction that strengthening operations, developing people and building capable organisations are practical expressions of faithful stewardship.

As a Founder of The F3 Network, Rajah encourages business founders and leaders to seek God before they build, allowing prayer to shape their decisions and the Holy Spirit to direct their work. Through the Network, he encourages leaders to translate faith into responsible action, develop people with purpose and pursue excellence in every assignment entrusted to them.

These experiences have shaped her conviction that governance, leadership and organisational capability are inseparable foundations of sustainable organisation building.
